Morgan Good
CEO & Director
Mr. Good is a Venture Capitalist with nearly 20 years of experience as a capital markets professional focusing in areas of finance, M&A, corporate restructuring & development, as well as marketing. Mr. Good has served on various boards across several sectors and outside of Carlyle also acts as CEO and director of Alset Capital Inc. (TSXV:KSUM.H). Morgan has been directly and indirectly responsible for raising in excess of $100M CAD over his career relating to many private and public issuers alike.
Leighton Bocking
Director
Mr. Bocking has been working in the capital markets for over 18 years and has been particularly focused on financing and structuring companies. He has held various director roles. In addition, he has worked in Corporate Development roles at Gold Standard Ventures Corp. and Timmins Gold Corp. (now Alio Gold Inc.).
Jeremy Hanson
VP of Exploration, Director & QP
Mr. Hanson is a professional geoscientist and has over a decade of experience in mineral exploration throughout Canada. He is the founder of Hardline Exploration Corp, a geological consulting firm focused out of Western Canada. Mr. Hanson is a Director and VP Exploration for Garibaldi Resources Corp. where he found and was responsible for their Nickel Mountain discovery in the Golden Triangle. Mr. Hanson is also Technical Advisor for Nickel Rock Resources Inc., as well as a director of the Smithers Exploration Group. He graduated with a B.Sc. Hons with distinction from Simon Fraser University and brings a strategic mindset to every project.
Alastair Brownlow, CPA
CFO
Mr. Brownlow is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (Washington) specializing in resource-focused accounting and finance. Mr. Brownlow has accumulated extensive experience working as CFO of TSXV and CSE-listed mineral exploration and development companies worldwide, including exploration companies in British Columbia. Mr. Brownlow also previously worked as an auditor in the British Virgin Islands focusing on financial and regulatory reporting of public and private funds and trust companies. Before this, Mr. Brownlow worked for a Canadian chartered professional accountant firm where he specialized in the mining industry, gaining significant accounting experience auditing mineral exploration and development companies in Canada and worldwide. Mr. Brownlow has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with first-class honours from Simon Fraser University
